1 whole chicken breast, cut 1" pcs.
1 green pepper
1 c. baby corn, cut in 1/2
1 c. straw mushrooms
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
corn starch paste

MARINADE:

4 tbl. garlic oil
2 tbl. soy
2 tbl. wine
1 tbl. corn starch paste
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic, optional
1/2 tsp. fagara pepper

SAUCE:

1 tbl. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. broth

Cut up chicken and marinate 1/2 hour. Cut up vegetables and prepare sauce ingredients. Set aside. Heat 3 tbl. oil and fry chicken 3 minutes. Also use marinade to fry. Set aside. Heat vegetables in leftover oil. Fry peppers first 30 seconds then add remaining vegetables and chicken. Mix well for 30 seconds. Add sauce, cover and cook 3-4 minutes. Serve with rice.
