1 lb. Scallops
1/2 lb. Thin Sliced Beef
1/4 lb. Snow Peas
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 - 1 1/2 c. master sauce
corn starch paste
  1. Soak scallops in cold water 15 minutes then marinate.
  2. Slice beef 1" strips (marinate)
  3. Slice peppers
  4. Strain peas
  5. Mix all peppers & snow peas. Add 3Tbl. water
  6. If large, slice scallops
  7. Fry beef 1 min. Set aside.
  8. Fry scallops 3 min., add beef. Mix well. Set aside
  9. Fry peppers - snow peas 1 min. covered
  10. Add meat - fish - master sauce
  11. Cover 1 min.
  12. Thicken with c. st. paste
