4 tsp. tea leaves
4 tsp. brown sugar
heavy aluminum paper
red trout on rack in base of wok
old wok and cover
Heat wok lined with paper and spices.
Put in food and cover, cook for 15 minutes.
Set aside for 15 minutes before serving.
