1 lb. beef steaks, julienned

1 medium radish
8-10 snow peas (leave whole)

SAUCE:

3 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tsp. szech bean sauce
3/4 c. broth
  1. Julienne beef.
  2. Either dice radish in 1" cubes or strips.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tbl. water over snow peas.
  4. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  5. Fry beef, add snow peas, 1 minute. Set aside.
  6. Fry radish, pour in sauce, cover 5 minutes then add meat mixture, cover 2 minutes. Serve with Chinese broccoli.
