1/2 lb. medium shrimp
1/2 chicken breast
2 kirby cucumbers
1/4 c. water chestnuts
1 tbl. tree ear mushrooms
1 red pepper
SAUCE:
3 tbl. soy
1 tbl. szech sauce
2 tbl. hoisin sauce
3/4 c. broth
- Clean shrimp, cut in half. Cut up chicken the same size. Marinate in chicken marinade.
- Julienne kirby cukes, cut pepper and soak tree ears.
- Stir fry shrimp and chicken in their marinade, then add tree ears and water chestnuts, mix well.
- Add red peppers, cover and cook one minute. Add sauce ingredients, cover one minute then add cukes. Cover one minute, mix well and serve. Use corn starch paste if needed.
