1/2 lb. medium shrimp

1/2 chicken breast
2 kirby cucumbers
1/4 c. water chestnuts
1 tbl. tree ear mushrooms
1 red pepper

SAUCE:

3 tbl. soy
1 tbl. szech sauce
2 tbl. hoisin sauce
3/4 c. broth
  1. Clean shrimp, cut in half. Cut up chicken the same size. Marinate in chicken marinade.
  2. Julienne kirby cukes, cut pepper and soak tree ears.
  3. Stir fry shrimp and chicken in their marinade, then add tree ears and water chestnuts, mix well.
  4. Add red peppers, cover and cook one minute. Add sauce ingredients, cover one minute then add cukes. Cover one minute, mix well and serve. Use corn starch paste if needed.
