1 chicken breast
1 cup celery
2 tsp. bean sauce
1 tsp. hunan bean sauce
  (optional)
1 tbl. soy
1 clove garlic chopped fine
  or 1/2 tsp. garlic chips

WINE SAUCE:

2 tbl. wine
1/2 cup broth

MARINADE:

3 tbl. garlic oil
1 tbl. soy and 1 tsp. water
1 tbl. wine and 1/2 tsp. garlic
  1. Cut up chicken into 1 - 1 1/2" pieces. Marinate 1/2 hour (mix well).
  2. Put black bean sauce, hunan sauce, soy, and garlic in bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat wok, add chicken, fry 30 seconds, add bean sauce. Mix, heat well, then add celery, mix 30 seconds. then add wine sauce. Cover 3 minutes. Add cornstarch paste if desired.
