Chicken breast cut in 1 1/2 - 2" slices
(cut breast in half lengthwise before slicing)
4-6 cups clear chicken broth
and 1 cup water
COATING:
3-4 egg whites
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. light soy + 1 tsp. water
4 tbl. tapioca starch
- Cut up and marinate chicken.
- Mix coating sauce.
- Dip chicken in sauce then drop each slice into the boiling broth for 2 minutes. Put on platter.
- Thicken soup. Pour over slices.
