1 whole chicken breast diced and marinated
1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts - layed out to dry
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1 tbl. light soy sauce
1 tsp. hoisin sauce
3/4 cup broth
Small portion corn starch paste
  1. Dice chicken, marinate, then add the extra soy & hoisin.
  2. Be sure bean sprouts are dry - peas also.
  3. Fry chicken, add sauce and peas - fry 1 minute.
  4. When chicken is done take off the stove then mix in the bean sprouts then add broth, thicken slightly - serve.
