Chicken breast sliced 1/4 x 3"
8 Taiwan black mushrooms
2 tbl. sesame oil
4 Chinese sausage
2 cups good chicken broth
  1. Cut up chicken and sausage.
  2. Soak mushrooms. Slice in half.
  3. Prepare sauce.
  4. Use chicken marinade + 2 tbl. sesame oil.
  5. Put all ingredients in glass bowl and steam 25 minutes.
  6. Add corn starch paste, steam another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over greens.
