Chicken breast sliced 1/4 x 3"
8 Taiwan black mushrooms
2 tbl. sesame oil
4 Chinese sausage
2 cups good chicken broth
- Cut up chicken and sausage.
- Soak mushrooms. Slice in half.
- Prepare sauce.
- Use chicken marinade + 2 tbl. sesame oil.
- Put all ingredients in glass bowl and steam 25 minutes.
- Add corn starch paste, steam another 5 minutes.
- Serve over greens.
