1 chicken, cut up or chicken wings

GLAZE SAUCE:

3/4 c. dark soy
3 tbl. honey
4 tbl. water
4 tbl. wine
  1. Cut up and marinate chicken or cut wings in 2 pcs. No tips.
  2. Stir fry meat in marinade 15 minutes.
  3. Add well mixed glaze sauce.
  4. Cover 15 minutes, medium heat.
  5. Mix chicken and sauce well. Thicken if necessary. Serve with Chinese greens or broccoli.

OPTIONAL TO SAUCE:

1 tbl. hoisin
Chef chow
1 tbl. powdered ginger
