1 chicken, cut up or chicken wings
shrimp/chicken marinade, use dark soy
GLAZE SAUCE:
3/4 c. dark soy
3 tbl. honey
4 tbl. water
4 tbl. wine
- Cut up and marinate chicken or cut wings in 2 pcs. No tips.
- Stir fry meat in marinade 15 minutes.
- Add well mixed glaze sauce.
- Cover 15 minutes, medium heat.
- Mix chicken and sauce well. Thicken if necessary. Serve with Chinese greens or broccoli.
OPTIONAL TO SAUCE:
1 tbl. hoisin
