1 duck, quartered or halved
1 large onion
4 pcs. ginger, 25¢ size
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. light soy
1 c. white wine
  1. Marinate duck in chicken marinade.
  2. Cut up onions, ginger and mix with soy, wine, and sugar.
  3. Put duck in platter. Cover with wine sauce and steam 1 hour. Every 15 minutes uncover and baste duck with wine sauce.
  4. When duck is finished put on platter. Thicken wine sauce and sprinkle on finely chopped scallions and if desired garnish with broccoli.
