1 medium pkg. bean threads, soaked and cut up
1 c. ground pork
1/2 lb. river shrimp
1 c. shredded bamboo
2 c. broth
2 scallions, chopped fine

SAUCE:

3 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. oyster sauce
3 tbl. dark soy
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. vinegar
  1. Soak noodles then cut in 3" pieces.
  2. Marinate pork, shrimp with beef/pork marinade.
  3. Assemble broth. Set aside.
  4. Cut up scallions.

COOKING:

  1. Fry shrimp 1 minute, then add pork. Cook 5 minutes.
  2. Add sauce ingredients except scallions.
  3. Choice of spices before sauce (Szechwan).
  4. After 2-3 minutes, add cut up bean threads. Mix well.
  5. Cover 1 minute, Watch as sauce will evaporate quickly. Serve in mounds.
