¼ lb. Shanghai noodles (soaked, dried)
1 pork chop boned, sliced, and julienned (marinated 1 hour)
1/3 c. bamboo julienned
1 green Italian pepper, julienned
6-8 fresh cashews

SAUCE:

1 tbl. soy
1 tbl. ______ sauce
1 tsp. Hunan sauce
½ c. Hunan sauce
½ c. Broth
1 tsp. sesame oil
  1. Soak noodles. Dry. Set aside.
  2. Slice pork into two slices, then julienne. Marinate ½ hour.
  3. Fry cashews 1 minute then add peppers. Fry 1 minute covered, then add pork and fry 2 minutes.
  4. Add sauce ingredients, heat 2-3 minutes covered. Set aside.
  5. Fry noodles in 5 batches or deep fry till lightly browned. Put on a platter. Cover with sauce. Serve.
