1 pkg. mei fun (rice noodles)
1 c. pork strips, julienned
2 c. river shrimp
1/2 red pepper
1 c. bak choi, julienned
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 portion corn starch paste
SAUCE:
1 tsp. hoisin sauce
4 tbl. soy + 2 tbl. water
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 c. broth
- Soak mei fun in warm water till soft. Drain and set aside.
- Mix shrimp and pork. Marinate together.
- Cut up bak choi.
- Assemble sauce, bean sprouts, and cut up pepper.
- Fry meat 5 minutes in oil and marinade.
- Add mei fun, mix well.
- Add sauce, cover 5 minutes.
- Add bak choi, pepper, and bean sprouts. cover 2 minutes.
