1 pkg. mei fun (rice noodles)
1 c. pork strips, julienned
2 c. river shrimp
1/2 red pepper
1 c. bak choi, julienned
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 portion corn starch paste

SAUCE:

1 tsp. hoisin sauce
4 tbl. soy + 2 tbl. water
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 c. broth
  1. Soak mei fun in warm water till soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix shrimp and pork. Marinate together.
  3. Cut up bak choi.
  4. Assemble sauce, bean sprouts, and cut up pepper.
  5. Fry meat 5 minutes in oil and marinade.
  6. Add mei fun, mix well.
  7. Add sauce, cover 5 minutes.
  8. Add bak choi, pepper, and bean sprouts. cover 2 minutes.
