3/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. shanghai noodles
1/2 cup frozen peas – optional

SAUCE:

1 tbl. chopped ginger
1 tbl. chopped garlic
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1-1 1/2 cups broth
2 tbl. light soy

Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes and drain. Fry pork till white. Set aside. Add sauce ingredients and fry for 2 minutes. Add pork and cover for 2 minutes. Thicken if necessary. Pan fry noodles then cover with meat sauce.
