1 white Chinese radish
2 tsp. shrimp powder
3 tbl. garlic oil
1 tbl. ginger and garlic
1/2 tsp. chili seeds or chili and garlic sauce
1/2 lb. fresh pork, chopped fine (pork chops)
1 tbl. chopped scallions

SAUCE:

3 tbl. dark soy
1/4 c. broth
  1. Peel radishes. Cut up in 3" pieces, julienne style.
  2. Cut up pork and mince finely and marinate.
  3. Assemble sauce.
  4. Stir fry pork, then add ginger and garlic and chili paste.
  5. Add radishes to meat mixture, mix well. then add sauce, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Thicken if necessary. Then add shrimp powder.
