1 white Chinese radish
2 tsp. shrimp powder
3 tbl. garlic oil
1 tbl. ginger and garlic
1/2 tsp. chili seeds or chili and garlic sauce
1/2 lb. fresh pork, chopped fine (pork chops)
1 tbl. chopped scallions
SAUCE:
2 tbl. ginger wine
3 tbl. dark soy
1/4 c. broth
corn starch paste (light)
- Peel radishes. Cut up in 3" pieces, julienne style.
- Cut up pork and mince finely and marinate.
- Assemble sauce.
- Stir fry pork, then add ginger and garlic and chili paste.
- Add radishes to meat mixture, mix well. then add sauce, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Thicken if necessary. Then add shrimp powder.
