1 lb. smoked ham
1 lb. gai choi (mustard)
1 red pepper
1/2 lb. chau fon
1 c. bean sprouts

SAUCE:

2 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
3/4 c. chicken broth
  1. Julienne ham. Marinate in chicken marinade.
  2. Cut up mustard and julienne pepper.
  3. Lay out chau fon. Cut in half then in 3/4" slices. If hard steam 5 minutes then spread out.
  4. Fry vegetables. Add ham then sauce.
  5. Heat 3 minutes then add chau fon. Cook 2 minutes, keep stirring. Then add bean sprouts. Serve.
