1 lb. long beans
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. broth
Sauce of your choice

MARINADE SAUCE:

2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. oyster sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Cut up beans 2 1/2 - 3" long.
  2. Either stir fry 3 minutes in 2 batches or deep fry 3 minutes. Set aside to drain.
  3. Stir fry meat until white, then add marinade sauce. Mix well, then add broth. Use 1 c. of broth. Only use additional 1/2 c. if needed. Mix well. Cover 2 minutes.
  4. Thicken and serve.

NOTE: This is pure Chentu Szechwan. In China chef chow + 4 tbl. broth are added to meat and beans. No gravy.
