1 lb. lean pork
1 recipe beef/pork marinade
+ 1 tsp. chili oil
Oil for deep frying
SEASONING SAUCE:
1 tbl. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. hot bean sauce
4-5 tbl. broth
1/2 tsp. fagara pepper
- Marinate sliced pork 15 minutes.
- Deep or semi deep fry pork 3 minutes.
- Heat wok, add 3 tbl. garlic oil.
- Add pork then add seasoning sauce.
- Keep stirring till all sauce is absorbed.
OPTIONAL:
Stir fry 2 c. bak choi and 1/2 red pepper. Use as a base.
