2 -3 c. smoked tenderloin, julienned
2-3 c. bok choi, sliced
1 c. Italian peppers, julienned
1 c. bamboo shoots, sliced
1 1/2 c. broth

SAUCE:

2 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. sesame
2 tbl. bean sauce
  1. Assemble sauce ingredients. Add 1/3 of the broth. Cut up the meats.
  2. Cut up vegetables. Drain and set aside.
  3. Stir fry meat 2-3 minutes. Add sauce ingredients. Mix well. Set aside.
  4. Fry bok choi 1 minute, then add peppers and bamboo. Cover, cook 2 minutes. Add meat and mix well. Add remaining 2/3 broth. Heat 1 minute. Thicken if desired. Serve over rice.
