4 c. cooked rice, cooled at least 2 days
1 c. finely chopped bak choi
1/2 c. finely diced radish
1 red pepper, diced fine
2 tbl. sesame oil
3 tbl. light soy + 3 tbl. water

This dish is common in China known as Sub Gum Rice (vegetarian).

  1. Heat wok, add 3 tbl. garlic oil.
  2. Add everything but rice. Stir one minute then mix in rice. Keep stirring. Add more soy/water if needed.

NOTE:

Rice should be at room temperature before cooking.
