Spread egg on hatched area. Place filling as shown, a little above center. |

Fold, leaving half the egg showing. Press tightly around filling, and edges. |

Fold left side over filling. Press edges to seal. |

Fold right side over, and press edges to seal. Press firmly at filing. |

Roll and slide so. |

Slide to seal end. |
