1 - 1 1/2 broth
1 tbl. mustard powder & 2 tbl. water
1 tbl. light soy (2 if using 1 1/2 broth)
1 tbl. sesame (2 if using 1 1/2 broth)
1/2 scallion chopped fine
Optional: 1/2 tsp. gr. chilli powder (red)

Bring broth to high boil. Add soy, sesame. Mix mustard & water, add to broth. Thicken very lightly. Sprinkle on scallions.
