1 can crab meat
1 can cream corn
9 c. broth
2 tbl. wine + 1 tbl. soy
3 egg whites
6" scallion greens

Put corn in blender for 30 seconds with crab meat. Heat broth, add soy and wine then add crab-corn mixture and heat well. Add corn starch paste then add beaten egg whites. Sprinkle on finely chopped scallions.
