1/4 lb. snow peas
1 hard dou foo, diced
1 red pepper
8-10 baby corn
6 black mushrooms, sliced
1 c. bak choi
1/2 c. white radish
SAUCE:
1 c. broth
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame oil
- Soak mushrooms, cut up peppers.
- Assemble all vegetables in colander, sprinkle with 2 tbl. garlic oil, mix well.
- Assemble sauce.
- Stir fry mushrooms 1 minute. Add snow peas, mix well.
- Add Balance of vegetables, mix well. Add sauce, cover 1 minute (no more). Add corn starch paste if to loose. Serve.
