2 lb. cabbage
2 cucumbers
2 medium onions
2 carrots
2 green or other colored peppers
6 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. warm water
2 tsp. garlic powder
6 tbsp. oil
9 tbsp. white vinegar

Shred cabbage. Slice remaining vegetables.  Mix all vegetables in a large bowl.  Combine last 5 ingredients to form marinade.  Pour over the vegetables.  Cover bowl and refrigerate.
