1/2 lb. Chinese sausage
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground chicken
2 c. finely chopped cabbage
1 c. finely chopped white radish
4 tbl. tapioca starch
3 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. 5 spice powder
1 box rice powder (for rolling)
Mix all ingredients except rice powder. Roll into 2" balls then roll in rice powder. Lay on plate and steam 40 minutes.

Make 2 c. master sauce
2 Bu. watercress (use as a base).
