3 cups ground chicken, pork, turkey
1 cup baby shrimp chopped fine
1 cup cream cheese
1 scallion chopped fine
1 tsp. ginger-garlic mix
2 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. curry
1 pkg. shoa mai wrappers (round)
1 egg for sealing
  1. Mix all ingredients - mix and pound well.
  2. Put 1 tbl. mixture into center of wrapper.
  3. Put egg all around wrapper, then bring edges to center, both sides to form a cross.
  4. Put on tray, freeze 15 minutes so sealer will harden.
  5. Steam 25 minutes. Serve with hot dumpling mix.
