12-14 chicken wings no tips cut in 2 peaces.
SHRIMP MIX:
1 lb. river shrimp
1 egg
2 level tbl. baking powder
4 tbl. corn starch
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
Oil for deep frying
SAUCE:
2 cups broth
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
- Marinate wings then steam 40 minutes. Cool.
- Make shrimp mix, set aside 20 minutes.
- Assemble sauce.
- Dip wings in corn starch then in shrimp mix till well covered then deep fry till crispy.
- Cover platter with noodles or vegetables. Lay on wings, cover with sauce.
