12-14 chicken wings no tips cut in 2 peaces.

SHRIMP MIX:

1 lb. river shrimp
1 egg
2 level tbl. baking powder
4 tbl. corn starch
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
Oil for deep frying

SAUCE:

2 cups broth
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Marinate wings then steam 40 minutes. Cool.
  2. Make shrimp mix, set aside 20 minutes.
  3. Assemble sauce.
  4. Dip wings in corn starch then in shrimp mix till well covered then deep fry till crispy.
  5. Cover platter with noodles or vegetables. Lay on wings, cover with sauce.
