2 lbs. chicken wings (drumstick only)
3/4 - 1 lb. river shrimp
Recipe shrimp toast mix
+ 1 tbl. baking powder
Oil for deep frying (use small pot)

WING DIP:

3 tbl. fish sauce
4 tbl. lemon juice
1 tbl. sugar
2 tbl. light soy
  1. Shave drumstick from the bottom pushing all the meat toward the knob resembling lions mane. Fry 1 minute, set aside to cool.
  2. Dip wing tip into shrimp toast mix (nice chunk).
  3. Deep fry wing. Use the above dip.
