2 pkgs. bean sheets
1 c. corn starch paste - thickening
1 c. corn starch paste - sauce thickener
1 egg

MEAT MIX:

1 c. shrimp
1 c. ground pork
1 c. ground turkey
4 water chestnuts
2 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Open package, lay out sheets.
  2. Dampen with moist cloth, then cut into egg roll size pieces.
  3. Mix meat mix well then fill skins like egg rolls.
  4. Put on platter - steam 25 minutes.
  5. 10 minutes before steaming is done add 1/2 master sauce over rolls, thicken a little.
  6. When done, serve with master gravy - greens.
