2 pkgs. bean sheets
2 c. master sauce
1 c. corn starch paste - thickening
1 c. corn starch paste - sauce thickener
1 egg
MEAT MIX:
1 c. shrimp
1 c. ground pork
1 c. ground turkey
4 water chestnuts
2 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
- Open package, lay out sheets.
- Dampen with moist cloth, then cut into egg roll size pieces.
- Mix meat mix well then fill skins like egg rolls.
- Put on platter - steam 25 minutes.
- 10 minutes before steaming is done add 1/2 master sauce over rolls, thicken a little.
- When done, serve with master gravy - greens.
