2 chicken breasts

BATTER INGREDIENTS:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped bak choi
1/2 c. chopped scallions

SAUCE #1:

1 tbl. Szech paste
1 tbl. hoisin
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 c. broth

SAUCE #2:

2 c. broth
2 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. soy
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
  1. Dice chicken fine, marinate then fry 1 minute.
  2. Assemble batter ingredients, mix well before adding cooked chicken.
  3. Assemble sauce ingredients. Keep heated.
  4. In fry pan make pancakes using all ingredients till gone.
  5. Fry any vegetables as a a base. Cover with pancakes then with sauce.
