2 chicken breasts
BATTER INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped bak choi
1/2 c. chopped scallions
SAUCE #1:
1 tbl. Szech paste
1 tbl. hoisin
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 c. broth
SAUCE #2:
2 c. broth
2 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. soy
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- Dice chicken fine, marinate then fry 1 minute.
- Assemble batter ingredients, mix well before adding cooked chicken.
- Assemble sauce ingredients. Keep heated.
- In fry pan make pancakes using all ingredients till gone.
- Fry any vegetables as a a base. Cover with pancakes then with sauce.
