1/2 lb. river shrimp, chopped
fine and marinated
2 tbl. chopped fine ginger
2 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 stalk bak choi chopped fine
1 whole scallion chopped fine
2 tsp. ginger-garlic mix
3 tbl. corn starch + 2 tbl. water
4 eggs beaten
1 recipe master sauce

OPTIONAL DIP:

1/4 c. dark soy
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. chef chow
1 tsp. powdered ginger
3 tbl. rice vinegar
  1. Chop all ingredients. Put in separate bowls.
  2. Beat eggs, add corn starch and water.
  3. Now put all vegetables in 1 bowl, add 3 tbl. garlic oil. Mix well, let stand.
  4. Chop shrimp, add to vegetables, mix well. Then add eggs, if loose add more corn starch.
  5. Heat pan (Pam oil). Spoon into pan pancake style, turn when brown. Serve with master sauce.
