1/2 lb. river shrimp, chopped
fine and marinated
2 tbl. chopped fine ginger
2 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 stalk bak choi chopped fine
1 whole scallion chopped fine
2 tsp. ginger-garlic mix
3 tbl. corn starch + 2 tbl. water
4 eggs beaten
1 recipe master sauce
OPTIONAL DIP:
1/4 c. dark soy
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. chef chow
1 tsp. powdered ginger
3 tbl. rice vinegar
- Chop all ingredients. Put in separate bowls.
- Beat eggs, add corn starch and water.
- Now put all vegetables in 1 bowl, add 3 tbl. garlic oil. Mix well, let stand.
- Chop shrimp, add to vegetables, mix well. Then add eggs, if loose add more corn starch.
- Heat pan (Pam oil). Spoon into pan pancake style, turn when brown. Serve with master sauce.
