20 biscuits
8 oz. cubed barbequed pork or pork chop slices, marinated and julienned
3 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
2 tbl. soy sauce
2 tbl. sugar
1 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Dice pork fine. If using fresh pork, marinate after julienning (pork marinade).
  2. Heat wok. Add pork and fry 1 minute. Add the balance of ingredients and heat 2 minutes. Add 2-3 tbl. water if to dry. Add corn starch paste slowly so that mixture does not become pasty. Let cool until cold.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to approximately 3". Add 1-2 tbl. meat mixture. cover with second biscuit and pinch edges together. STEAM: 8 minutes; or ROAST: brush tops with milk, 450¡, 8 minutes.

OPTIONAL: Roll 2 biscuits into ball. Fill with meat. Gather to a point and steam.
