1 can pickle crab meat
3 c. ground pork
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tsp. fagara pepper
1 tbl. sesame oil
3 tbl. light soy
4 tbl. corn starch (binder)
2 tbl. cold water (binder)
1 whole scallion

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tbl. oyster sauce
  1. Mix all date mix ingredients well, be sure the mix is tight.
  2. Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Chop scallions.
  4. Form mix either into patties or balls. If patties fry in 1/2" oil. If balls deep fry till brown.
  5. Heat sauce. Thicken and pour over balls.
