1 can pickle crab meat
3 c. ground pork
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tsp. fagara pepper
1 tbl. sesame oil
3 tbl. light soy
4 tbl. corn starch (binder)
2 tbl. cold water (binder)
1 whole scallion
SAUCE:
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tbl. oyster sauce
- Mix all date mix ingredients well, be sure the mix is tight.
- Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Chop scallions.
- Form mix either into patties or balls. If patties fry in 1/2" oil. If balls deep fry till brown.
- Heat sauce. Thicken and pour over balls.
