2 pkg. buttermilk biscuits (amount optional)
3 c. beef strips or barbecued pork
2 tbl. curry
beef/pork marinade (if using beef)
1 egg, beaten, for brushing on
  1. Marinate beef + curry, mix well. Fry 2 minutes.
  2. If using pork, stir fry then add curry, set aside.
  3. Divide each package (10) into 5 pairs. Flatten into 2 1/2 -3" pancakes. Add meat mix, cover with another pancake and press all around to seal.
  4. Steam 10 minutes. If roasting, put on tray and roast 10 minutes, brush with egg.

NOTE: Biscuits can be used singularly folded into a crescent, brushed, then put into oven.
