MEAT MIX:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 tbl. curry
3 tbl. soy
3 tbl. hoisin sauce
3 tbl. oyster sauce
1 scallion, chopped fine
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
2 pkgs. gyoza wrappers
1-2 eggs for sealing
- Mix all ingredients. Mix well.
- Beat eggs.
- Put meat mix in center of each wrapper. Fold in half and seal with egg.
- Heat 3-4 c. corn oil. Check heat, not to hot.
- Semi deep fry 6-8 at a time. Keep turning until light brown.
- Put on bed of leaves or watercress. Serve with a bowl of master sauce or Szech dip (vinegar, soy, chef chow).
