BATTER #1
1 cup flour
1/4 cup corn starch
+ 2 tbl. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbl. garlic oil
Water (pancake consistency)
BATTER #2
no egg
BATTER #3
no egg
no oil
Cut shrimp under the belly to almost the end. (will resemble a butterfly, leave on the tail). Pull out the tract (vein). Dip in batter. Refrigerate for an hour, then use.
NOTE: Be sure batter is completely mixed otherwise the oil will splatter.
