1 sheet rice noodles
1 lb. river shrimp
1/2 lb. barbecued pork
2 scallions, green only
3 tbl. garlic oil + 3 tbl. sesame oil
master sauce or your choice
  1. Spread out sheet as it comes folded. Be very careful.
  2. Chop pork fine.
  3. Chop shrimp. Add 1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix, then fry.
  4. Add pork, mix well. Add scallions. Let cool.
  5. Spread meat mix evenly then slowly roll into long roll.
  6. Slice into 3" pcs.

NOTE: This snack can be eaten as is or covered with your favorite sauce
