1 recipe shrimp toast mix
1 recipe sate steak
Oil for deep frying
- Marinate beef, add sate mix (curry, tapioca starch to marinate).
- Make shrimp toast mix (1 extra tsp. baking powder.
- Assemble steak-sticks and deep fry.
- Let steak cool.
- Dip steak into shrimp mix and refry till crispy. Serve with duck sauce or thickened pineapple juice.
