1 recipe shrimp toast mix
1 recipe sate steak
Oil for deep frying
  1. Marinate beef, add sate mix (curry, tapioca starch to marinate).
  2. Make shrimp toast mix (1 extra tsp. baking powder.
  3. Assemble steak-sticks and deep fry.
  4. Let steak cool.
  5. Dip steak into shrimp mix and refry till crispy. Serve with duck sauce or thickened pineapple juice.
