1 lb. river shrimp
1 lb. top round London broil
1 recipe shrimp toast mix
1 recipe sate steak
1 pkg. 6" sticks, optional

PREP:

  1. Puree shrimp.
  2. Marinate meat. Cut in 1 1/2" strips.
  3. NOTE:  Curry is a must in sate steak. Mix in well. Don't forget to add tapioca starch to marinade.
  4. Heat oil in either wok or deep fry pan. 1" - 1 1/2" oil needed only. Use this oil for the beef.
  5. Put beef on sticks. Deep fry 1 minute. Set aside.
  6. Have shrimp toast mix ready.
  7. Dip beef into shrimp toast mix. Deep fry till crispy.

NOTE:

A bed of watercress is nice to lay finished beef.

Make 2 c. master sauce to pour over beef.
