1 lb. beef steaks

1 Bu. asparagus, julienned
3 Tbl. oyster sauce
2 Tbl. sesame oil
3 Tbl dark soy
3/4 c. asparagus broth
3/4 c. broth
  1. Cut up asparagus diagonal 1" till hard portion is hit. Cut off the tips separately.
  2. Cut up and marinate beef; extra ginger-garlic mix.
  3. Boil asparagus ends in 2 c. water. Set aside.
  4. Assemble sauce.
  5. Cook asparagus like broccoli, 1/2 min. covered. Drain in cold water. Set aside on flat tray. Do the same to the tips.
  6. Fry beef, add asparagus tips, half asparagus broth, and regular broth. Cook 2 min. Serve over rice.
