1/2 lb. beef (diced) and marinated
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 c. bamboo
1 tsp. ginger-garlic mix
6 blk. mushrooms chopped fine
2 tbl. ginger wine
2 tbl. soy
1 1/2 cup broth
2-3 dried chilies soaked then chopped (optional)
1/4 lb. rice stick noodles
Lettuce leaves (wrap)
- Fry beef till it changes color. set aside.
- Fry remaining vegetables and fry 1-2 minutes, then add soy sauce and beef and broth. Cover, cook 5 minutes.
- Thicken with corn starch paste (thin mix).
- Heat 2 cups oil till hot, then add rice sticks and stir till light brown. Put on platter then cover with meat and vegetable mixture. DO NOT mix well till ready to serve.
