1 lb. beef steak sliced thin
1 recipe beef/pork marinade
3 tbl. black bean paste
2 tbl. fresh ginger chopped fine
1 tbl. garlic powder
1 red pepper julienned
1 lb. green vegetable
SAUCE:
2 tbl. oyster sauce & 2 tbl. water
1 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. dark soy
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tbl. ginger wine
3/4 cup broth
1 cup corn starch paste (optional)
- Assemble sauce ingredients, set aside.
- Cut up beef and marinate 15 minutes.
- Chop all vegetables and put in one bowl.
- If deep frying meat, add 2 tbl. corn starch.
- If using broccoli, steam in wok 1 minute covered. Drain, cool.
- Heat wok, very hot, add ginger, garlic, bean paste. Mix well, then add sauce. Cover, cook 2 minutes.
- Clean wok, then stir fry broccoli 2 minutes and 2 tbl. broth, then add meat. Cover 1 minute. Serve with rice.
