1 lb. tenderloin, sliced, marinated

1 large onion
3/4 c. stock

CURRY MIX:

1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tbl. Indian curry (Malaysian if hotness desired)
  1. Cut up beef in thin (3/4") slices and marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Cut up onion and assemble curry mix. Set aside.
  3. Stir fry beef 1 minute. Set aside.
  4. Brown onion in 3 tbl. garlic oil. Add curry mix plus 1/2 broth. Mix well. then add balance of broth and beef plus sugar. Cover, cook 1 minute. Thicken with corn starch paste. Be careful not to thick.

OPTIONS:

Cut up 2 frying peppers, stir fry, cover 1/2 minute. Put on platter then cover with meat. the heat from the meat will finish the cooking.
