1/2 lb. top round beef steak

1/2 lb. snow peas
6-8 Chinese black mushrooms
1/2 tsp. chef chow
1 pkg. chau fon, spaghetti style, chopped
  or 1 pkg. frozen chau fon chips

SAUCE:

1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
1 c. broth
1 scallion, cut 1" pcs.
  1. Julienne beef.
  2. Strip peas. Soak mushrooms. Assemble sauce.
  3. Heat wok. Sprinkle snow peas with 1 tbl. water. Stir, cover 1/2 minute. Set aside.
  4. Fry beef. Add mushrooms and chef chow.
  5. Add snow peas. Cover 1 minute then add sauce. Cook 1 minute then mix in chou fon. Keep stirring for 1 minute. Serve.
