1 lb. beef steak, top round, 1x3"
2 Chinese white radishes
1 red pepper
1 green frying pepper
1/2 c. water chestnuts
2 c. master sauce
BATTER:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. corn starch
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbl. oil
Water to pancake consistency
SAUCE:
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbl. sugar
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
- Slice beef, marinate. Drain, then dip in batter. Deep fry till nice and brown.
- Dice radishes to the size of dice. Julienne peppers. Cut water chestnuts in quarters.
- Stir fry all ingredients. Add sauce and mix well.
- Remove all ingredients from wok. Add beef and stir fry 1 minute. Add master sauce and mix well for 2 minutes. Put on a platter, add vegetables over the beef. Thicken the sauce and Serve.
