1/2 lb. beef tenderloin or minute steak
2 carrots, julienned
1 large stalk celery, julienned
1 small can abalone mushrooms, chopped fine
SAUCE:
1 tbl. chili oil
1 tbl. sweet bean sauce
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
3/4 c. broth
- Cut up and marinate beef. Slice carrots in half, lengthwise, julienne. Do the same with the celery. Assemble sauce ingredients.
- Chop mushrooms, not to fine. Soak in cold water. Drain
- Fry beef 1/2 minute. Add carrot, mix well. Add mushrooms, then the sauce. Cover, cook 1 minute. Thicken if necessary. Serve over rice.
