1 lb. minute steaks, very thin

MARINADE:

1 egg white
1 tbl. garlic oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
  or 2 tbl. soy
Curry (optional)

SAUCE & SPICE INGREDIENTS:

2 scallion, chopped fine
1 tbl. ginger, chopped fine
1 tbl. oyster sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
1 1/2 c. broth

BATTER:

1 egg + yolk from marinade
1 tbl. baking powder
1 c. tapioca starch
1/2 c. flour
Water to pancake Consistency
  1. Slice steak in 1 - 1 1/4" strips.
  2. Marinate 1 minute
  3. Prepare batter. Dip steak into batter and deep fry 1 minute. Make sauce.
  4. Lay on bed of scallion noodles, cover with sauce.
