1 lb. minute steaks (tenderized)

2 c. corn starch
1 recipe orange hot sauce
6-8 dried chili peppers (soaked)
  plus 2 tbl. szech sauce
1 whole scallion chopped fine
2 cups chopped bok choi
1 c. orange juice plus 1/2 c. broth
  1. Marinade beef 15 minutes.
  2. Heat wok (2 c. oil).
  3. Assemble sauce, set aside. Soak peppers.
  4. Dip steak slices in corn starch, be sure they are well coated and semi deep fry until all done.
  5. Cook sauce, add chili and szech sauce, set aside.
  6. Fry vegetables. Set aside.
  7. Cook sauce again, add orange juice and broth. Thicken if necessary.
  8. Put bok choi on platter. Cover with steaks then cover with sauce then with scallions, serve.
